General Cannibanoid Information
In the 1980’s, scientists discovered that the bodies of humans and all vertebrates alike contain a endocannabinoid system or ECS— a network of naturally occurring cannabinoid receptors responsible for maintaining homeostasis and regulating the body. Research continues to study the many benefits of the ECS’s role in promoting bone and brain health, balancing the GI tract, enhancing immune function, as well as maintaining inflammatory responses and endocrine levels.
Phytocannabinoids (“phyto”—for plant) are cannabinoid compounds found in the cannabis plant.
Endocannabinoids (“endo”—for within or inner) are cannabinoids produced by the body’s endocannabinoid system or ECS.
CBD is short for cannabidiol, the second most prevalent phytocannabinoid found in cannabis. There are currently over 100 known and studied cannabinoid compounds in cannabis, each of which has distinctive properties.
In short, no. CBD will not get you high.
CBD is non-psychoactive, yet you may feel a sense of calm and relaxation when consuming. THC, on the other hand is the well known cannabinoid responsible for psychoactive effects.
It should be noted, studies show that CBD and THC—along with the other cannabinoid compounds found in full spectrum products, work best when in conjunction inside the body. The partnership between these cannabinoids is known as the “entourage effect” as their interactions together boost their individual properties.
The FDA has not evaluated or approved these products to diagnose, cure, treat, or prevent any disease.

Delta-8 or Delta 8-Tetrahydrocannabinol is just one of the many other phtyocannabinoids found in (hemp derived) cannabis.
Under the 2018 Federal Farm Bill, any cannabis plant containing 0.3% (or less) THC is classified as "Hemp" and is federally legal.
All of our Delta-8 Deltables are manufactured from federally legal hemp-derived distillate.
Although manufactured from federally legal hemp, there are a number of states that have banned Delta-8. To comply with these state's laws, currently we will not ship any Delta-8 product to: Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Delaware, Idaho, Iowa, Mississippi, Montana, Rhode Island, and Utah. *Please note: this list is subject to change*

Our products are full spectrum—meaning they contain THC. We adhere to the federally legal limitations of remaining less than .03% THC. While THC percentage is considerably low, consumption varies from person to person— therefore we can not guarantee passing a drug test.

We are registered with the Florida Department of Agriculture as a licensed Hemp processor and distributor. All of our products are attentively inspected, sorted and packaged in our facility.

*Proof of purchase is required.* To be eligible for a return or exchange you must return item within 14 days of item being delivered, your item must be unused, unopened and sealed with original tamper-proof barrier still intact and in the same condition that you received it.
Your items must be in the original packaging with original documentation.
Returns are received and inspected in a timely manner. We will send an email confirming that your return has been received.
Your return is then either approved or rejected upon detailed inspection.
Within 1-3 days of your return's approval, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
If you haven’t received a refund yet: First check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company (it may take some time before your refund is officially posted). Next, contact your bank, there is often processing time before a refund is posted.
